The machine is using new double polarizing gapping system which can make double polarizing gapping for nylon or invisible zipper and nylon wire bottom stop welding two in one function.
Machine advantages：
1. Using new double polarizing gapping mold which can clean the half teeth of top stop side and make the polarizing precisely.
2. Using HMI touch control screen, if machine’s sensor has any problem, the LCD screen will show you the problem’s location.
3. You can choose double polarizing gapping and bottom stop function or you can choose only gapping or bottom stop, it has high operational flexibility.
4. Gapping and bottom stop welding machines are controlled by individual step motor which can make machine’s running speed to achieve the highest performance.
5. It can produce minimum zipper length is 2CM, this machine will not limit the zipper length.
