Nowadays, by absorbing the latest technologies of zipper machinery design, a series of new zipper machinery have been successfully introduced to the market and gain their popularity in the market. The main purpose of this article is to give a brief introduction to one of the new products —YFM-122UCA Auto Nylon U Top stop Machine by computer control.
The function of this machine is to cut the nylon wire to U shape automatically, and then weld those U top stop to the open-end zipper which has been welded with film as well as the open-end/close-end zipper which has been mounted with slider.
It is applicable to different specifications of nylon zippers, including No.3, No.4, No.5 and No.8.
The advantages of this machine are as follows:
1. By adopting man-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems.
2. With special design, the zippers can be separated parallel. Different kinds of fancy puller can share this machine. The most distinctive characteristic of this machine is that it has good quality and high productivity with the output reaches 1,200PCS per hour. What's more, the percentage of inferior goods is 1% which has increased its competitiveness greatly.
3. This machine is applicable to open-end and close-end zipper without changing moulds. One person can operate several machines which is good for labor saving. As a result, the production cost is reduced.
