In order to match customer’s open end injection mold direction(bottom stop is forward to the mold), we have developed this new style single side reverse mounting machine. The function of this machine is to reverse the nylon or plastic slider (You can choose one of them) and mount the slider from the pin & box side into the single side zipper automatically.
The advantages of this machine:
1. By adopting human-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal
with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem is, and when the problem happen.
2. This machine has the advantages of high productivity and good stability with its output reaching 70PCS per minute. What’s more, the speed of slider mounting can be adjusted according to your requirement.
3. The most obvious advantage of this machine is to reverse slider and mount the slider from the pin & box side into the single side zipper and it can avoid the slider come out from the top stop side during the open
