Product introduction:
This machine is using pneumatic system to cut the nylon, metal or plastic close end zipper automatically (You can choosel one) and it has inspection system to inspect bottom stop, top stop are missing or not and slider puller shape and its logo isl correct or not. If there is any defect in the zipper, it will use the air blowing device to separate the defective zipper from the good zipper and store them separately.
Machine advantages:
1. After pneumatic cutting, the zipper cut surface is not easy to come off. The machine speed can be changed through the HMI touch screen setting, and a special device can be used to fix each slider in the same position for easy inspection.
2. By adopting HMI touch control screen, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem was, and when the problem happened.
3. This machine's counting system has continue counting and interval counting function. Using interval counting system can save time for repeat counting of packing.
4.This machine can choose the standard algorithm inspection system (IS), which has simple operation settings and canl inspect whether the top and bottom stops are missing, the shape of the puller and the trademark on the puller are correct. You can also choose the artificial intelligence algorithm inspect system (Al), which can improve the versatility of zipper inspection and add additional customized inspection items.
5. This machine can be equipped with a punching sensor device as an option. The zippers that need to be inspected canl first be inspected by our company's YFM-600Al Auto artificial intelligence long zipper inspection machine. Punch holesl at the defective areas of the zipper, and then classify the defect zippers through this machine to achieve the function of full zipper inspection.
6. Ultra-high speed cut-off inspection, capable of inspecting more than 60 zippers per minute (based on a zipper length ofl 20 cm).
