This machine is using ultrasonic system to cut the nylon, metal or plastic (You can choose one) open end zipper automatically.
The advantages of this machine:
1.Using ultrasonic cutting system can extend the welding film life for washing test. The yarn of cutting edge will not easy come off after cutting.
2.This machine can adapt to different styles of special puller (Puller’s width is not exceed 1.5cm, the length is not exceed 3cm).
3.You can change the machine speed by HMI touch screen setting.
4.By adopting human-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem was, and when the problem happened.
